On the Customer record, under Sales tab, there is Item Purchased subtab, user would like to create Saved Search to show all Item Purchased and use Customer Name as a filter so they can switch from one to another on the same page and will not need to view each customer records.
1. On the Customer record, click Sales tab and Item Purchased subtab
2. Click Customize View button
3. On the Custom Sublist View, click More Options button
4. Modify the Search Title
5. Under Available Filters tab, add: Name and check Show in Filter Region
6. Click Save As
Use Global Search and type the Search Title setup above to view the new saved search.
Note: The Name filter dropdown reflects not only the Customers but also the Vendors.
