Scenario
Users may sometimes observe that the Inventory Detail tab and Inventory Numbers tab may have different Quantity Available. This may be due to Sales Orders or Work Orders wherein the Inventory Numbers are committed.
Solution
To resolve, users may create a Search for transactions wherein Inventory Numbers are committed to:

Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New

Search Title: Enter Title

Click Transaction

Click Criteria

Click Standard

Filter:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it, once adjusted click Add.
- Select Item
- Select Location
- Select Posting
- Description: Set to False
- Select Quantity Committed
- Description: Set to Greater than

Click Results

Click Columns
