Restrict Access to Manage Roles Page

Scenario: 

User wants to restrict custom roles from accessing the Manage Roles page and be able to customize custom role permissions. 

Solution: 

Remove the Bulk Manage Roles permission in the custom role, to remove access from the Manage Roles page and prevent editing custom roles. 
 

1. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit Custom Role 
2. Go to Permissions tab > Setup subtab > Remove Bulk Manage Roles permission
3. Click Save.
