- Basic Information:
- Name: Enter Set Value on Project Field
- Record Type: Select Project
- Execute as Admin: Enter Checkmark
- Released Status: Select Released
- Keep Instance and History: Select Always
- Enable Logging: Enter Checkmark
- Event Definition:
- On Create: Enter Checkmark
- On View or Update: Enter Click Checkmark
- Click Save
- Click State 1
- Bottom right corner: Click New Action
- Click Set Field Value
- Basic Information:
- Trigger On: Select After Field Edit
- Triggering Client Fields:
- Body: Selected
- Triggering Client Fields: Select Customer
- Parameters:
- Field: Select Field to be populated
- Value: Select From Field
- Record (Join Field): Select Parent
- Field: Select the Customer Field to be sourced
- Click Save
