Scenario
Exclude Shipping Cost / Freight from the Customer Profitability report
Solution
1. Go to Reports > Customer/Receivables > Customer Profitability2. Click on Customize button
3. Click on Filters tab
4. Expand the Profitability folder > Select Account (Line):
- Set the Filter to not equal to
- Select Freight Charge
5. Under Profitability folder > Item subfolder > Select Item Type:
- Set the Filter to not equal to
- Select ShipItem
- Select ShipItem
6. Assign Custom Report Name
7. Click Save
7. Click Save
