Scenario
A new role has been provided to a user. When the user navigates to Transactions > Management > Print checks and Forms, the option to print Invoices is missing.
Solution

Log in as Administrator

Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles

Click Edit on the custom role in question

Go to Permissions subtab
-
Click the Transactions sublist
-
Add Invoice permission with at least View Access level
-
Click Save
