Scenario
User wants to know why a NetSuite Inbound Email Address is being added when their customer hits reply to their emails
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any NetSuite Record (Transaction or Entity Record)
2. Under Communications Tab > click the Email button
3. Email Address Tab> Add the recipient email address.
4. Supply the information in the required fields.
5. Click Merge & Send.
Actual Results
Once the customer replies to the email, the address that they will see as the "To" address contains:
sample@support.com<messages.4888221.19815.5fb4ec47fd@4888221.email.netsuite.com>.
The Long Email address is not a spam. Customer is safe to reply. This is the way to capture reply of the customer and store it into NetSuite.
Note: This can be replicated in any emails as the long string email address is patterned to a specific record.
