Customize Email Template Notifications for Electronic Payments

Scenario

User wants to use a custom template for email notification for transactions processed in Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.

Solution

1. Go to Payments > Payment Processing > Payment File Administration
2. Click View to a Payment file ( DD or EFT Payments)
3. Click the Email Payment Notification button
4. Change the Template to the preferred file
5. Click Submit

To modify the file:

1. Navigate to Documents > File > File Cabinet > SuiteBundles > Bundle ID > Email Templates
2. Download the XML File
3. Open the file in Notepad++
4. Make the changes
5. Add to File Cabinet. This should now be available as a template.
