Resolve Error: "EP_00111 All notifications failed..." When Sending Email Payment Notification Using Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp

Error: "EP_00111 All notifications failed. Please check your Notification settings (e.g.,Email Templates, etc.)" when sending Email Payment Notification and user inputs value in Custom E-mail Notes field using Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.

A preferred Bill Payment Form should be selected.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Tick the Preferred box beside the Bill Payment Form
3. Click Submit

When the Custom E-mail Notes field is populated, the system is not using the Template selected in the Email Payment Notification page and sends the Email Payment Notification with the Bill Payment Record as a PDF attachment.

Because of this, the Electronic Bank Payments bundle looks for the Email Template (PDF/HTML) to be used for the Bill Payment record which can be found on the Preferred Form selected for the Bill Payment. If no form is selected as preferred, this error occurs.
