Scenario
Customer would like to allow multiple users to add Entity Bank Details on the Vendor Record
Solution
1. Log in using your Administrator role
2. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types
3. Open Entity Bank Details
4. Select Access Type = Use Permission List
5. Click Save
6. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
7. Click Customize/Edit on Role
8. Navigate to Permissions>Custom Record Subtab
9. Change all Levels to FULL for the following:
- Company Bank Details (Generic)
- Electronic Payments Preference
- Entity Bank Details
- Format Details
- Payment Aggregation
- Payment File Administration
- Payment File Format
- Bill EFT Payment Information
- Bill EFT Details
10. Click on Save button
