Mass Update Duplicate Customer Resolution > 0 duplicate records have been submitted for resolution

Using Mass Updates > Duplicate Resolution > Customers, the lists are populated of Customers after setting the proper Cirtier. However, when Perform Update is clicked, it returns with 0 records submitted for duplicate resolution.

On the list, there are Inactive Customer records that are included. The Mass Update ignores the duplicate resolution as all records need to be Active. 

1. Navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.

2. Click on Duplicate Resolution > Customers.

3. Add Inactive field and set it to No.

4. Add other Criteria that will set your Duplicate records.

5. Rename the Title of Action of your Mass Updates.

6. Click on Save.

7. Click on Lists > Mass Updates > Saved Mass Updates.

8. Click on Preview for your Mass Update.

9. Click on Perform Update.
