Scenario:
Create a Saved Search for Customers and Contacts that would be listed vertically. All contacts associated to customer will be displayed within one line - wherein multiple contacts are listed per column – e.g. Column B = Contact 1, Column C = Contact 2.
Column B = Contact 1 Name, Column C = Contact 1 Email, Column D = Contact 2 Name, etc.
To achieve this:
- Install the PIVOT REPORTS BETA bundle.
- Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- Search for Bundle ID: 17447.
- Click Install.
- Create the Saved Search.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
- Select Customer as the Search type.
- Set the Search Title.
- Set the Criteria as necessary.
- Under Results tab, add the following fields:
- Company Name
- Contact Fields… > Email
- Contact fields… > Name
- Click Save.
- Create Pivot Report.
- Navigate back to the Saved Search created from Step 2.
- Edit Saved Search.
- Click Pivot Report button.
- Under Search Fields, drags Contact:Email, and Contact:Name fields under Columns.
- Under Search Fields, drag Name field under Row Dimensions.
- Click Run Report button.
