Saved Search > Customer > List Contact Records in a Pivot Table Style

Scenario:

Create a Saved Search for Customers and Contacts that would be listed vertically. All contacts associated to customer will be displayed within one line - wherein multiple contacts are listed per column – e.g. Column B = Contact 1, Column C = Contact 2.

Column B = Contact 1 Name, Column C = Contact 1 Email, Column D = Contact 2 Name, etc.

To achieve this: 

1. Install the PIVOT REPORTS BETA bundle.
1. Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
2. Search for Bundle ID: 17447.
3. Click Install.
2. Create the Saved Search.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer as the Search type.
3. Set the Search Title.
4. Set the Criteria as necessary.
5. Under Results tab, add the following fields:
• Company Name
• Contact Fields… > Email
• Contact fields… > Name
6. Click Save.
3. Create Pivot Report.
1. Navigate back to the Saved Search created from Step 2.
2. Edit Saved Search.
3. Click Pivot Report button.
4. Under Search Fields, drags Contact:Email, and Contact:Name fields under Columns.
5. Under Search Fields, drag Name field under Row Dimensions.
6. Click Run Report button.
