Transaction Saved Search That Will Pull up All Item Fulfillment Records with Their Associated Invoice Number

Scenario

User needs to create a Transaction Saved Search wherein the search results will show all Item Fulfillment records with their associated Invoice Numbers.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New

2. Click Transaction

3. Search Title: Enter Item Fulfillment Search with Associated Invoice Number

4. Click Criteria

5. Click Standard

6. Filter:
   Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
   

• Select Type
• Description: Select Item Fulfillment
•  
• Select Applied To Transaction : Type
  Note: To be able to select Applied To Transaction : Type, you need to select Applied to Transaction Fields... first.

• Description: Select Sales Order

1. Click Results
2. Click Columns
3. Field:
   Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
• Select Applied To Transaction : Billing Transaction 
  Note: To be able to select Applied To Transaction : Billing Transaction, you need to select Applied to Transaction Fields... first.
4. Click Save
