Scenario
There are instances when a user is getting an error "Invalid PDF layout. Please contact Administrator" when printing Picking Ticket. A possible cause for this is that there is no Picking Ticket Template set as Preferred for printing.
Solution
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
- Check the Preferred checkbox for the Standard Picking Ticket
- Click Submit
Note: Setting the Standard Picking Ticket as the preferred template is only an example. Users should check the Preferred checkbox for the desired template to be used for printing Picking Tickets.
