Sales Reps Missing on Sales Rep Filter

Scenario

User created a saved search that has a Criteria filter or filter of Sales Rep and there were missing Sales Reps on the list.

Solution

If there are missing Sales Reps on the list of Sales Reps, one of the reasons is that those Sales Reps are set to Inactive.

Only Active employees with a Sales Role will display on the list of Sales Rep.

1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees

2. Employee record of the missing Sales Rep : Click Edit

3. Click Human Resources subtab

   •  Sales Role: Select Sales Role

4. Click System Information subtab

   • Show Inactives: Enter Checkmark

5. Click Save
