Web Site Standard field do not show in CSV Import File Mapping

Scenario

There are instances when implementing a CSV Import, the field needed on the File Mapping is not available in the list even if it is a Standard NetSuite field. 

Solution

To fix this, kindly verify the following setup:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms

2. Edit the customized form

3. Go to Fields tab > Look for the field missing then set the Display Type = Normal and mark Show

4. Save changes

Note: Repeat the process of Import from the start to let the changes propagate.
