Show Sales Order as a Field in the Project Record

Scenario

This Article tackles on the creation of a Custom Field which allows you to select a Sales Order and display it the Project Record, aside from the Related Records Tab.

Solution

1. Navigate to List > Relationships > Projects
   
2. Sample Project Record: Click View or Edit
   
3. Customize: Click New Field
4. In the Custom Entity Field Page, populate the following fields:   
   • Label: Sales Order
   • Type: Select List/Record
   • List/Record: Select Transaction
     
5. Project: Mark the Checkbox
6. Click the Display Tab
7. Subtab: Select Main
8. Click Sourcing and Filtering
9. Filter Using: Select Type
10. Value Is: Select Sales Order
11. Click Add
12. Click Save
