Cannot Select Intercompany Customer in Intercompany Journal Entry

Scenario

On Intercompany Journal Entry, the Intercompany Customer of a Subsidiary does not appear in the Customer field.

Solution

  1. Check if theCurrencyon theIntercompanyJournal Entryis the same as the Currency/ies available in theCustomer Record.

    To check, open theCustomerrecordandgo toFinancialtab >Currenciessubtab.

  2. If the Currency is not listed,
  • Option A:
  1. EdittheCustomerrecord
  2. Go toFinancialtab >Currenciessubtab
  3. Add theCurrency
  4. ClickSave

  • Option B:Currency: ChangeCurrencyin theIntercompany Journal Entry
