Cannot Select Intercompany Customer in Intercompany Journal Entry

Scenario
On Intercompany Journal Entry, the Intercompany Customer of a Subsidiary does not appear in the Customer field.
Solution
- Check if theCurrencyon theIntercompanyJournal Entryis the same as the Currency/ies available in theCustomer Record.
To check, open theCustomerrecordandgo toFinancialtab >Currenciessubtab. - If the Currency is not listed,
- Option A:
- EdittheCustomerrecord
- Go toFinancialtab >Currenciessubtab
- Add theCurrency
- ClickSave
