Confirmed Opt-Out is Missing

Scenario

OnGlobal Subscrption Status,Confirmed Opt-Out is not on the list as a selection.

Solution

ONLY the recipient can set their subscription status to Confirmed Opt-Out.Recipients with this status do not receive email campaigns or opt-in messages. Recipients with this status can opt in again through the Customer Center. They can also click the link in a campaign message they received prior to opting out.

  1. Navigate toLists>Relationships>Customers
  2. Customer:ClickEdit
  3. ClickMarketing
  4. ClickSubscriptions
  5. GLOBAL SUBSCRIPTION STATUS
