Custom Role > Create KPI Scorecard > Unexpected Error
Scenario
When a custom role tries to add a Custom KPI Scorecard in the dashboard, it shows "Unexpected error has occurred" notice
Solution
- Log in as an Administrator
- Navigate toCustomization>Centers and Tabs>KPI Scorecard
- Affected Scorecard: ClickEdit
- ClickContent
- ClickCustom
Note: Make sure that there are no skipped fields for Custom KPI # 1-9. For instance, if you add three Custom KPIs, it should be under Custom KPI #1, Custom KPI #2, and Custom KPI #3. - ClickSave

Remove an Employee from the Sales Rep Field > Unable to Locate the Employee Record
The user wants to remove one of the employees listed on the standard Sales Rep field in entity/transaction records. However, when the user navigates to the Lists > Employees > Employees, the employee is not listed. The employee may have a generic name such as "Pre-Sales, Sales - Professional Services, Accounts, Marketing Team", etc.
Forecasting Preferences
You can set your company forecast preferences atSetup > Sales & Marketing Automation > Sales Preferences.
Unable to See the Global Subscription Status Field in Entity Record in a Standard Form
Scenario
The Global Subscription Status field is not available when the marketing automation feature is disabled. Users would therefore need to enable the feature.
Solution
- Navigate toSetup>Company>Enable Features
- ClickCRM
- Marketing Automation: Check the checkbox
- ClickI Agree
- ClickSave
To default the Global Subscription Status field to Soft Opt-In for new entities, perform the following steps:
- Navigate toSetup>Marketing>Marketing Preferences
- Unsubscribed to Marketing By Default: Remove theCheckmark
- ClickSave
