Here are the steps to create the Bins used in Transactions:

1. Create a Transaction Saved Search (Reports > New Search > Select Transaction)
2. Under Criteria, add:
   Item is (then add the item in concern)
   Posting is True (so the system will only pull out posting transactions)
3. Under Results, add:
   Document Number
   Item
   Transaction Bin Number
   Transaction Bin Quantity
4. Click Save & Run

Note: This can be used to determine the Bins that you usually add on Posting Transactions.
