Scenario

The user needs to set up a report/search that gets emailed once per month which displays all of the stock negatives at that time.

Solution

To pull up all items with negative stock (Quantity On Hand), create a saved search for Items.

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches
2. Select Item
3. Title: Enter Title
4. Criteria:
   • Select Total Quantity On Hand
     1. Total Quantity On Hand: Enter less than
     2. Value: Enter 0
     3. Click Set
5. Results:
   1. Click Remove All button
   2. Add Display Name
   3. Add Total Quantity On Hand
   4. Add Name
6. Email:
   1. Mark SEND EMAILS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE
   2. Mark SUMMARIZE SCHEDULED EMAILS
   3. Mark SEND IF NO RESULTS
   4. Enter Specific Recipients who will be receiving the alerts
   5. Schedule: Adjust the recurrence according to the user's preferred schedule (e.g. Last Monday of the Month)
7. Click Save & Run
