Scenario

The user inadvertently reconciled their account statement without changing the Statement End Date.

Solution

The only way to resolve this is to delete the last Reconciled Statement and reconcile it again.

1. Navigate toTransactions > Bank > Reconciled Account Statement > List

2. Select theAccount

3. ClickDeletelink on the Reconciled StatementNote: Deleting a Reconciled Statement willunreconcilethe transactions but will still remainmatchedorcleared.

4. Navigate toTransactions > Bank > Reconciled Account Statement

5. Select theAccount

6. Select the correctStatement End Date

7. Enter correctEnding Statement Balance

8. ClickReconcilebutton
