Scenario

User needs to change or add a Case Status and they would like to know what will happen to their existing saved searches where the status is added as a filter.

Solution

On existing case searches, if a user is to create a new Case Status, then the user should manually add it to their existing searches.

Furthermore, if they are to update an existing Case Status, searches using the same/existing Status prior to the changes made will automatically update the Status name to the new one.
