Scenario

The company logo is not rendering correctly specifically when the EFT Payment Notification is being sent as body of the email. The company logo thoughis being displayed at acceptable size if the EFT Payment Notification is being sent as an attachment.

Solution

1. Resize the Company Logo to desired size using an external Image Editor
2. In NetSuite, navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
3. Go to Image Folder
4. Upload the resized Company Logo and take note of the URL
5. In the File Cabinet, locate the preferred XML Template (e.g. JCurve Vendor Payment.xml)
6. Under Media Item, click Edit
7. Locate the following line:
8. Replace the value on the img src tag with the URL copied in Step 4.
