Solution

1. If you want to disable this preference in your account only, you may navigate to Home > Set Preferences.

2. Under the General tab, untick the box ENABLE ORACLE GUIDED LEARNING.

3. To disable this to all users who are using the system, you may navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences.

4. Untick the box ENABLE ORACLE GUIDED LEARNING.
