To configure the preferred company email domain within the NetSuite system, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your NetSuite Production account with Administrator or full-access privileges.
2. Navigate to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences.
3. Click on the Email Domains (DKIM) tab.
4. In the Domain Name field, input the domain name (or subdomain name) you use to send emails from NetSuite. For instance:

  • If the email address you're sending from is jwolfe@wolfeelectronics.com, then "wolfeelectronics.com" is the domain.
  • If the email address you're sending from is jwolfe@marketing.wolfeelectronics.com, then "marketing.wolfeelectronics.com" is the subdomain.

5. Click Save.

NOTE: After saving, a blue banner will appear, displaying the information for the two CNAME records. Utilize this information to add the required two CNAME records in the DNS settings on your domain provider's website. Alternatively, you can choose the Domain Name and then click the Show DNS Info to access this information again at any time.
