Scenario
When a user is viewing a Sales Order, theFor Invoice Groupingcheckbox is greyed out and cannot be unchecked. TheInvoice Groupfeature is enabled in the account.
Solution
TheFor Invoice Groupingcheckbox is automaticallygreyed out, when a Sales Order has related Invoices already. You can view the related Invoices under theRelated Recordstab of the Sales Order.
