Scenario:

When user tries to fulfill a Sales Order, a notice pops up with a message,"The number of bins entered (xx) is not equal to the item quantity (xx)."

Solution:

1. In theItem Fulfillment, search among the line items which do not have associated bins in theBin Numberscolumn.

2. Note the item/s and edit their respective item record/s.

3. Navigate toLists> Accounting > Items, under Purchasing/Inventory:

a. In theInventory Managementsection, unmark theUse Binspreference.

b. In theBin Numberssubtab, associate bins to the item and set a bin as preferred.

4. ClickSave.

5. Fulfill the sales order once more, this time, theItem Fulfillmentcan be successfully saved.
