Scenario

The user wants to see all customers who have no recent activities under the Communication tab > Activities subtab.

Solution

1. Go toReports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > Newand clickCustomer.

2. Enter a title for the saved search.

3. On theCriteriasubtab, clickSummary.

   1. In theSummary Typefield, selectMaximum.

   2. In theFieldcolumn, selectActivity Fields....

   3. In the popup, selectDate.

   4. Selectnot after, and then(Relative). On the next line, enter1and selectmonths ago.

   5. ClickSet. This filter limits results to customers with no activity in the past month. You can enter a different relative time period to search for customers with no activity for a different period of time.

4. On theResultssubtab, clickColumns.

   1. Select theName field from the list. In theSummary Typefield, selectGroup.

   2. ClickOK.

   3. Add a new column and selectActivity fields....

   4. In the popup, selectDate.

   5. In theSummary Typecolumn, selectMaximum.

   6. ClickAdd.

5. Save the search.
