Netsuite Electronic Payments: EFT Email Payment Notification Stuck in Processing Notifications Status

Scenario:

Bill payments were already processed and user needs to send the Email Payment Notifications to Vendors. However, these Email Payment Notifications are stuck inProcessing Notificationsstatus.

Solution:

  1. Navigate toPayments > Payment Processing > Payment File Administration

  2. ClickEditnext to payment file that was stuck toProcessing Notificationsstatus

  3. Change theFile Processed?field fromProcessing NotificationstoProcessed

  4. ClickSave

  5. After doing this, theEmail Payment Notificationbutton should now be available

  6. ClickEmail Payment Notification

  7. Select the transactions

  8. ClickSubmit
