Scenario

The user is unable to uncheck the Section 72A Notice field in a Pay Component record, even while in Edit mode.

Solution

Is Percentage box work in conjunction with the Section 72A box.

To resolve, mark the Is Percentage box, this will allow user to clear the Percentage Amount field. Once done, unmark the Section 72A box, then unmark Is Percentage.
