Scenario

When viewing the parent customer, she can see the child (subcustomer) customers under the Relationships > Subcustomers tab. The user would like to remove the relationship between the subcustomer and the parent customer record.

Solution

1. Go Lists > Relationships > Customers
2. View the parent customer record of the subcustomer record
3. Go to Relationships > Subcustomers
4. Edit the subcustomer record
5. Parent Company: Remove the Name of the Parent Company
6. Click Save
