Report Customization to show Amount Net of Tax and Tax Amount

Scenario:

Users want to customize Accounts Receivable Aging Report to show Amount Net of Tax and Tax Amount. By default, Amount Net of Tax and Tax Amount fields cannot be selected as columns in any reports in NetSuite.

Solution:

  1. Navigate toReports>Customer/Receivables>AR Aging>Detail
  2. ClickCustomize
  3. ClickEdit Columns
  4. Search Fields:
    • EnterAmount (Gross)

    1. PressEnter
    2. ClickAmount (Gross)
    Note:This adds the field into Report.
    • EnterTaxable (Line)
    1. PressEnter
    2. ClickTaxable (Line)
    Note:This adds the field into Report.
  5. ClickFilters
  6. Search Fields:
  7. EnterTaxable (Line)
    1. PressEnter
    2. ClickTaxable (Line)
  8. Choose Filters
    • Value:
    1. Taxable (Line):
      • Filter:SelectFalse
  9. ClickSaveorPreview
Result:The system would display theNet of Tax Amounton columnAmount (Gross).
