For NetSuite users that are looking for report/saved search options to show the Transactions where an Item is currently committed to, they may:

Solution

NetSuite users have two options they may use, namely:

• Use a Current Inventory Snapshot Report by navigating to Reports > Inventory/Items > Current Inventory Snapshot
• Create a Transaction Saved search with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transactions
2. Under the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following:
• Type = Sales Order, Work Order, Transfer Order
• Quantity Committed = Greater than Zero
• Main Line = False
• COGS Line = False
• Tax Line = False
3. Under the Results tab > Columns subtab, add the following:
• Date
• Item
• Location
• Quantity
• Quantity Committed
• Document Number
• Type
4. Nominate a Search Name
5. Click Save & Run
