Scenario

If an image is defined using the HTML <img> tag on the web store but the image does not show up, it might be possible that the image is broken.

Solution

To avoid facing this scenario ensure to check the following:

• Ensure that the image is saved within the file cabinet by navigating to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
• Ensure that the declared source for the image is the generated URL from the file record
• Ensure that the AVAILABLE WITHOUT LOGIN checkbox is marked on the file record
