User received an error message on the CSV file forInvalid item reference key XXXXafter following the usual process of importing transactions such as Inventory Adjustment.

If the Item is confirmed to beActive, user need to verify if the format of the item name used in theCSV fileis exactly the same as on the item record in the system. The error will be encountered even if there is only a slight difference on the format of the item name as it will not be recognized by the system.

To prevent this, users have the option to useInternal IDof the items instead.
