Users want to show in a single saved search theInventory Numbersand their quantities on theSnapshot DetailandCount Detail.

Solution

  1. Navigate toLists>Search>Saved Searches>New
  2. SelectTransaction
  3. Search Title:EnterTitle
  4. ClickResults
  5. ClickStandard
  6. Filter:
    • SelectType
      • SelectInventory Count
    • SelectItem
      • Selectnot none
    • SelectStatus
      • SelectInventory Count:Approved,Inventory Count:Completed/Pending Approval
    • SelectItem fields...
      • SelectIs Lot Number
        • SelectYes
    • SelectFormula(Numeric)
