Scenario

When viewing the results to a saved search where Summary Type is used there are some fields that you can drill down to and others that cannot.

Solution

Here are some fields that can and cannot be drilled down to see other results:

Can Drill down:

  1. Grouped Text fields
  2. Transaction Numbers
  3. Connecting Records

Cannot Drill down:

  1. Formula (Text) fields
  2. Numeric values
