Saved Search to Show Fulfillment /Invoice Dates of Sales Orders in a Date Range

Scenario:

Create Saved Search to display the Fulfillment and Invoice applied to a Sales Order within a specific Date Range

Solution:

1. Navigate toReports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. SelectTransactionas Search Type
3. Set the following underCriteria tab > Standardsubtab:
  • Type =Sales Oder
  • Applying Transaction : Type =Item Fulfillment , Invoice
  • Date= choose preferred date range for the Sales orders
  • Tax Line: False
  • Shipping Line: False
4. UnderResults tab > Columnssubtab, add following fields (choose others base on your preference):
  • Date
  • Number || Summary Type = Group
  • Applying Transaction
  • Applying Transaction Fields Choose Date
5. Enter aSearch Title
6. ClickSave & Run
