Users are unable to Use Display Name/Code to Add or Search For Items.

For users to be able to show andusetheDisplay Name/Codealong with the Item Name/Number whenentering Sales Orders,enable the preferences below:

A.) Enable the Show Display Name with Item Codespreference. See below steps:

1. Log in using the Administrator role
2. Go toSetup > Company > General Preferences.
3. Mark the Show Display Name with Item Codesbox.
4. HitSave.

Note:If this is enabled, the dropdown list will have the Item Name/Number and Display Name on the dropdown list.

B.) Enable thePopup Search Uses Keywordspreference:

1. Navigate toHome > Set Preferences > Analyticstab.
2. Mark the Popup Search Uses Keywordsbox.
3. HitSave.
