Bill Transaction Search Timing Out

Scenario
The user is trying to retrieve < 1M number of bills on a specific Transaction Search however it returns an error which is as follows:
Solution
The large volume of data is the primary reason for the timeout error and to help prevent this type of error:
- Send the email according to schedule
In the Notice when the search time out, you're presented with the followingPlease follow the steps defined above so you can receive all the results via Email instead:- Editthe Saved Search
- On the saved search form, click theEmailtab
- Mark theSend According to Schedulecheckbox
- Choose an email address on theSpecific Recipientssubtab
- Select your preferred recurrence pattern on theSchedulesubtab.
- ClickSave
- Editthe saved search
Add conditions in the Criteriatab that can filter out less important data. For example, add a Date Range (e.g. Date = This Week, or any specific date). - Under Resultstab, remove unnecessary columns/fields.
Avoid lines that can give multiple results (e.g. System Notes, or Item Fields)
