Scenario

User with a custom role cannot access the Project Profitability report.

Solution

Confirm if the custom role has the necessary permission as follows:

1. Using an Administrator role, navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2. Edit the custom role.

3. Under the Permissions tab > Reports subtab, add Project Profitability.
-- The Level field would automatically be populated = View.

4. Click Save.
