Scenario

When an Item's Purchase Price (Item Record > Inventory tab) is null/blank, Drop Ship Purchase Orders copy the rate from the originating Sales Order.

Solution

1. Go toLists > Accounting > Items
2. Item record:ClickEdit
3. ClickInventorytab
4. Set thePurchase Price
5. ClickSave

This only applies to Items that arenotmarked as Drop Ship Item. This is only reproducible when theDrop Ship or Special Order linkis clicked on theSales Order's line itemto manually generate a Purchase Order.
