Scenario

A user wants to check any recent changes made to the following preferences on the Fixed Asset Management System Setup page.

• Post to Next Open Period if AP is Locked
• Post to Next Open Period if AR is Locked

1. Go toList>Search>Saved Searches>New
2. SelectFAM System Setup
3. Change theSearch Title
4. ClickSave and Run
   Note:No new fields should be added in Criteria or Results.
5. Search Results:ClickAudit Trail
   Note:The link is located in the upper right corner of the page.
6. FAM System Setup Audit Trail:set the following
• Date:Indicate the period you want to cover
• Type:SelectEITHER
• Field:Selectany of
  Note:Select the following fields in the box.
• SelectPost to Next Open Period if AP is Locked
• SelectPost to Next Open Period if AP is Locked
7. ClickSubmit
