Quantity-based Price Levels, found under the Sales/Pricing tab of an item record, allow users to set different prices per quantity sold. Sometimes, these quantity brackets do not appear on Service for Sale or Resale item records.

This happens because user turned on a feature calledPer-Employee Billing Rateswhich can be found underSetup>Company>Enable Features>Employeestab. This feature is not compatible withQuantityPricingforservice itemsand will not appear on the item record.
