A user would like to know how they can assign a specific custom form to a specific role

Solution

1. Navigate toSetup>User/Roles>Manage Roles
2. ClickEdit/Customizebeside the role
3. ClicktheFormssubtab
4. Enabledcheckbox:
   • Ensure to enter theCheckmarkon the specific forms you want them to use
   • Remove theCheckmarkfrom the forms that you want to hide from the role
5. Click onSave
