Scenario
User needs to set their emails to show only one email address on the FROM email address sent from the system
Solution
Option 1
InSetup>Company>Email Preferences>Transactionssubtab, selectCompany Return Email Addressfrom theFROM ADDRESS FOR EMAILED FORMSdropdown.
The FROM Email Address will be sourced from theRETURN EMAIL ADDRESSfield found inSetup>Company>Company Information.
Option 2
InSetup>Company>Email Preferences>Transactionssubtab, selectSubsidiary Return Email Addressfrom theFROM ADDRESS FOR EMAILED FORMSdropdown.
The FROM Email Address will be sourced from theRETURN EMAIL ADDRESSfield found inSetup > Company > Subsidiaries > Subsidiary Record. Note that there's a need to update each subsidiary's return email address with the single email address the user wants to show in the From field of your emails
