Scenario

The Account field in the transaction shows the parent account even though the Only Show Last Subaccount preference is enabled.

Solution

The Only Show Last Subaccount preference only works in dropdown lists.

When records are displayed in popup lists instead of dropdown lists, subaccount names always include the parent name.
