Change the Default Font Format of Outgoing Case Message

Scenario
The Message field in the Case record is a Rich Text Format field type. Users can change the appearance of the message in terms of Font and Font Size.
Solution
- Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
- Click Appearance tab
- Entry Forms segment:
- Enable Rich Text Editing: Enter Checkmark
- Select the default font in the Default Rich Text Editor Font field
- Select the default font size in the Default Rich Text Editor Font Size field
- Click Save
Note: This changes the default font setting on all entry forms (customer, cases, leads, etc.). Users can navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms to get an idea of the records affected by this preference.
